CURRENTLY EATING

Currently eating : is an update about the food that i buy or make lastly. So excited to share it with you.

 Siomay with peanut sauce
 Hot vegetable instant ramen at home
Baskin robbins ice cream cake 

CHEESE SOUFFLE

I love cheese and ofcourse i love cheese souffle..It is warm, mushy, delicious and goes great with salad too. When i see the tutorial video here. With simple ingredients at home

Ingredients :
For 2 persons (1 cup, 240ml, ramekin for each)


2 tablespoons unsalted butter (30g)
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (20g) 
¾ cup whole milk, at room temperature (180ml)
2 oz cheese of your choice (60g)
2 eggs
Salt and pepper for seasoning

Extra butter for brushing the baking dishes

For fondue sauce (optional):
¼ cup heavy cream or mlik (60ml)
2 oz cheese of your choice (60g)
Salt and pepper for seasoning


Brush the bowl with butter
Sprinkle the bowl with bread flour 
Crack the eggs
And seperate
Grate the cheese
Melt the butter
Add flour
Add milk and cheese 
 mixed together until combine
Season it with salt and pepper
It's called mornay sauce
Let cool in a large bowl 
Add egg yolk one by one
Beat the egg white until peak
Add a little of egg white and mixed.. and add all the egg white and mixed 
Fill the mixture into the prepared bowl
Make the sauce in a pan, just mixed everything together
Baked it in an oven 
Yummy cheese souffle is ready..
Add the sauce

ROSE APPLE PIE

Im not a really big fan of apple pie, but when i see this tutorial video. Im so interested because its look so beautiful. 

Ingredients:

For 6 mini apple pies
6 mini pie crusts
1 apples
3tbs sugar
1/2 tbs cinnamon powder
4 tbs chopped almonds


Caramel glaze:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
a bit of rum


 Prepare the ingredients
 I buy this crust in a store
 Cut the apples into thinly size, or if you have a slicer. Better use it
 Chopped the almonds
 Fill the crust with the almond
 Mixed the sugar and cinnamon powder. Heat the mixture in a pan
 After the sugar begin to melt, place the apple and cooked until the apples turn golden

 Place it in a rack until cool 
 Begin to roll the small apple slices using your hand and roll it, than roll the bigger slice for the outer petal rose until it form of a flower and place it in the crust



 Brush the top of the apple with caramel glaze so its taste better and shinny

BERRY ALMOND PIE

Hello everyone..! i'm very curious about almond powder when im watching this video. So i try the recipe :)..at first, its very hard to find almond powder, but i cant believe it the local market near my house sold almost everything i need :D..

Ingredients :
Crust
70g unsalted butter
30g powder sugar
1 egg yolk
100g cake flour

Filling
40g unsalted butter
30g powder sugar
1 egg
1/2 tbs cornstarch
40g almound powder
a few drops of vanilla extract

Syrup
20gr sugar
20ml hot water
Blueberry jam


 Prepare all the ingredients and tools
 Softened the butter with a whisk 
 Add powder sugar
 Add one egg yolk
 Sifting the flour
 Mix well 
 Mix..mix..
 Wrap in plastic wrap and leave it in a fridge for at least one hour

Meanwhile, we can make the filling..
Softened the butter with a whisk and add powder sugar
 Mix well
 Add one egg
 Add cornstarch
 Add almond powder
 Add vanilla extract
 Roll out the crust between the plastic wrap
 Transfer the crust into the pan and prick the bottom with a fork

 Fill the filling
 Baking time for about 25-30 minutes
 It's smells soo good
 The remaining crust. its taste so delicious too

 Add the sugar in a hot water, mix well..and brush the syrup on top of the pie
 Add a blueberry jam on top of it and cut a fresh strawberry..Voila!

 This recipe is for 3-4 people (small bites)
 This pie is taste so good especially i like the crust even more
Nom..nom until the last bite..You should try it, its one of my favourite ;D
