SESAME CHICKEN RECIPE
If you craving for chinese meat recipe to eat with rice and super easy to cooked just try out this great recipe :D. You can try this video recipe here, i make my own version this time
Ingredients :
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 egg
1 cup cornstarch
1 pound chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Vegetable oil, for frying
Sauce:
1 tablespoons wasabi
1 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons sriracha
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons sriracha
1 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 red and green chilli
1 bunch scallions, chopped
White sesame seeds, for garnish

Boneless skinless chicken
Add cornstarch, soysauce, garlic powder and marinate it overnight
Beat the egg and sauce mixed
Add the chicken
Coat it with bread crumbs
Deep fried it until turn golden brown
Set aside
Minced the ginger, garlic, and chili
Prepare the sauce
stir fry the ginger, garlic, and chili
Add the sauce
Add the chicken
Garnish with sesame seeds
Nom nom nom..! I want more ;)
CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE RECIPE
I love cupcakes that not too sweet and this recipe is just perfect ;) a bit sweet mixed with salty nuty and crunchy cracker. Recipe from here
For 8 cupcake-size cheesecakes
Ingredients
For crust:
½ cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
For filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened (226g)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (50g)
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted, cooled (57g)
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Crush the cracker
Mixed the crust with melted butter and sugar
Fill in the cupcake mold
Softened the cream cheese in the oven
Melt the chocolate
Mixed together the softened cream cheese, sugar, corn starch, vanilla extract, salt
and whisk
Add the melted chocolate
Mixed it all together
Add the egg
Fill the mixture in the mold
Baked it :)
Add your favourite nuts topped with salted caramel sauce
So yummy and melt in your mouth
